gavel1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any services provided by TikyTech Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our digital platforms, software solutions, security infrastructure, and consulting services (collectively, the "Services").
If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Services. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion, with modifications becoming effective upon posting to our platform.

TikyTech provides enterprise-grade technological solutions encompassing, but not limited to, the following domains:
terminalSoftware Engineering
Custom application development, API integration, and legacy system modernization. All deliverables are subject to individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
shield_lockSecurity Infrastructure
Vulnerability assessments, zero-trust architecture implementation, and compliance auditing. We guarantee industry-standard protocols but cannot guarantee absolute immunity to novel threats.
psychologyIT Consulting
Strategic digital transformation planning and technological advisory. Recommendations are based on current market data and client-provided information; outcomes depend on client execution.
copyright3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, algorithms, architectures, and methodologies provided or displayed through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of TikyTech Limited or its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Upon full payment for bespoke custom development, specific intellectual property rights may transfer to the client as explicitly delineated in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). Pre-existing TikyTech frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools remain strictly the property of TikyTech.
warning4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TikyTech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
- Any content obtained from the Services; and
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to TikyTech Limited for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
block5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
public6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
